There are no special complaints to the employees of the outpatient clinic, although you can't always wait for professionalism, the outpatient clinic itself is clean, tests can be passed and received on time ... but the head of the outpatient clinic ... - it just has no words. Repeatedly verified fact - rude attitude to patients and, as she saw, to employees, too (generally do not allow strangers to degrade employees, even if there is a misunderstanding at work!). The impression is that this person's job is just to come to work and pour all his negativity on others. In general, professionalism can be rated at zero, and pathos at 10 points.

Nursery is neat, nice doctors, nurses ... the only (more precisely, the only one) that spoils the impression is the head of the outpatient department, Irina Borodayko, who would not mind to study / recall the principles of deontology! Therefore, if you were in a good mood before communicating with the head of the outpatient clinic, do not be surprised that afterwards you will be irritated.
