Well, I'm not sure it's a free access park. If you look through the fence and hedge, then everything is not quite desperately bad. I wonder who owns this area? In my childhood it was a children's sanatorium, which periodically changed its profile. I heard that it has recently ceased to exist and the staff of teachers and doctors has been disbanded there. In my opinion, it is a great place for a rehabilitation center for ATO soldiers or a specialized caviar hospital (good infrastructure that will ensure the autonomy of such an institution)

Former boarding house where I spent 3 years. The buildings are in good condition but the yard and especially the park are abandoned and unattended. Previously, there was a beautiful garden, which, as seen in the photo, was cut down.
