According to the level of knowledge, this institution does not reach the high rank of the Academy 100 percent. Teachers are being delayed in salaries, so it is not surprising that many have neither the inspiration nor the desire to give lectures "for nothing. Generally, universities have constant problems with financing, which they try to solve at the expense of students. Autumn and winter are cold in the audiences.

It is the former building of Krzemieniecki Lyceum. Krzemieniecki High School was a Polish school in Volhynia, existing in the years 1805–1831, reactivated in 1922–1939, also called the Volhynian Athens. She played a significant role in the development of the level of Polish culture in Volhynia. The school was founded by Tadeusz Czacki, with the participation of Hugo Kołłątaj. It was located at the headquarters of the former Jesuit College in the architectural ensemble of the Wiśniowiecki Palace (visible in this photo). Here the teacher was the father of Juliusz Słowacki. After the fall of the November Uprising, the Tsarist Russian authorities liquidated the school. Even trees from the rich botanical garden were exported. After World War II, the school and church buildings were further devastated and stolen.
