Terrible staff. Rudeness at the highest level !!! Dirty rooms at check-in. In one of the rooms the horrible stench of rams and there settled our children. The behavior of the staff is frankly contemptuous. Nadiya Ivanivna scolds clients. Beware! ((( We do not recommend anyone to feel guilty just because they have already entered the door of this institution.

I was in the hostel with friends, two black-haired ladies from the reception shouted at us and were very rude. We were treated as the greatest enemies throughout the trip, I don't understand why. Foolishness you will not find in Poland
