Then they occupy the highest rank in the district. Then they continue to do corruption there. 18 years old kids learned how to do corruption by paying for state grants,even hard to imagine how deep the corruption in SNAU .everything under Rector ,Dekan,professor and secretary of faculties have to STOP it!Thousands of civil servants destroy country.
