Finally found a store in order to leave a review. He brought IQOS 2.4 for repair, the blade was broken, the holder was 2 months old, paid 350 UAH for replacing the sting, and then it started, the holder stopped working normally, turned off permanently, and also left signs of disassembly (deep scratches), although it turned out to be easy to disassemble (the new one was disassembled without cutting the case and special tools), they allegedly contacted under the guarantee after 10 days, they said that this was not their problem, they could not do anything with it to turn it off, in the end they put in a new battery (although it’s so new was), but with a new battery st holder spent 2 days and then again began to shut down. They asked for a battery of 150UAH but I did not bring the money, because the holder did not work after their repair. In the end, I just had to buy a new holder for 849 UAH. There was no claim how to present them since they did not give a receipt or receipt for repair of the holder, but I did not request by mistake.
