We express our deep gratitude to the children's surgeon Bidakov Alexander Nikolaevich for his professionalism, he operated on both of our sons, the operations were successful. Alexander Nikolaevich is a doctor who loves his work, attentive to patients, finds an approach even to the smallest of them. He is a very kind and helpful person !!! We are very grateful to the doctor for the professional help provided to us !!!

I give the clinic a well-deserved top mark. It is so nice that in Ukraine there are clinics of such a level where order, professionalism and care for patients reign. Recently, I underwent an operation on the maxillary sinus (sinusitis, extraction of a foreign body). I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Doctor Smeyanov Evgeny Vladislavovich. Without any doubt, he is a professional with a capital letter, he performed the operation at the highest level, although I was very afraid and nervous. Everything went much better than I expected. Many thanks to all the medical staff, who are sensitive, caring and responsive to absolutely everything from the staff at the reception. Unfortunately, I forgot the name and surname of the anesthesiologist (I'll google and write it down). Found it! Andrey Valerievich, thank you both for your moral preparation and for a job well done! To be honest, I was terribly afraid of anesthesia, because I was a general one (for the first time in my life) and, of course, I felt uneasy, but, thanks to the excellent work of the anesthesiologist, it was an easy and pleasant dream, without any side effects and other surprises. I can say one thing - when choosing a clinic, do not even doubt that Medsoyuz will leave only pleasant memories. Health to all!

The most finished clinic staff is insolent. Opschem sharashkina office. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Because yesterday we got ready for the reception twice called to ask in the end today we get an approach to the reception we say that moved she says yes go to the reception. Approach expect our time has passed lucky the second time and the second we pet and we when? They say you are unrecorded. This is one thing and the other we pass the analysis quickly for a larger amount. And in the end we get a false result. I moved to find out, the laboratory assistant who ran into me pulled my jacket on everything that was right, I presented them with evidence, well, she does not admit her mistake. And because of this analysis we have big problems. The earth is round

Disappointed by the honey union. Were booked to see a therapist at 9:20 am and hit 10:10. We sign up for a medical union and pay 300 hryvnias so that we don't sit in queues at a regular clinic. But it turns out pay the money and sit under the office for another hour. This working time for us, too, and do not want to lose it. Why then sign up? Or take it after taking it. Sitting under the office for hours is not interesting, and even for your own money. If it is not possible to receive patients (clients) in 20 minutes. This means more time between patients for recording.

Earlier Medsoyuz was the most favorite center. But today the situation upset me. The doctor was just late. I sign up in advance, and everything seems to be fine ... but I have to wait outside the door ... somehow unpleasant. I still have something to do ... Have a conversation with your employees, please.
