Good day. Not long ago (about 2 weeks ago) we were in the department of surgery. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the department. The level of professionalism is excellent, the nurses are attentive. I especially want to thank the surgeon Shevchenko Yuri Alexandrovich and the head of the department Doroshenko Vladimir Vasilyevich.

Today we were registered with the hematologist N.I. Zhukova. (I booked the ticket as early as 12.10) But there was no doctor. The front desk first said that she would come. Then another doctor will come to us. And an SMS came that the appointment was canceled, since the doctor's schedule changed (the planned time was 9.20, and the SMS arrived at 9.40 on the day of the appointment). After waiting an hour, no one came to us. I don't know why it happened, but the residue remained
