Terrible medical care! Lack of responsibility, both professional and moral, for a family doctor! Took a smear on covid, sent home with 39.4 °. As a result of 9 days with a temperature of 39.4, the condition was critical, the family doctor answers the calls every day as if hearing for the first time, did not hospitalize, the ambulance refused to come three times without a call from the family doctor! Just "stay home"! On the 8th day, even after receiving a positive result on covid (Friday), the family doctor did not call an ambulance for hospitalization, although the condition is critical, the temperature is high, the body is tired and exhausted, and on Saturday morning said that she has a day off and she there is no database to give the test number, without this number the ambulance does not want to come! - call on Monday !! And this despite the fact that CT has already shown 48% of lung lesions! We will make all statements-complaints that she was dismissed and better tried for inaction! And for what they are charged surcharges up to 70% to the salary ??? !!

There is no point in making an appointment with your therapist at all, you still have to stand at least TWO HOURS IN QUEUE (after the appointment time). To wait for referrals to narrow specialists, you need to go several times a day, and maybe on the third day you will be lucky and you will finally achieve the necessary referrals. But!!! The referrals will be written out in a completely different name, because in three days the doctor was completely lost to whom and what to prescribe. Well ... Our song is good ... And again for directions ... ((( I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH A BARDAK !!!

The hospital is awful. Everybody move like snails. They don't explain anything and you, like a hedgehog in a fog, are trying to figure out the offices. Renovation is a separate topic ... the walls were probably painted by great artists from Italy who have color blindness. They are trying to lure money out of any reason. In short, do not go here, take your declarations and conclude from other doctors !!!

If you need help for a driving school, do not even think to contact here. 1) I made such a certificate in Kiev, I arrived - 15 minutes of a health check, 150 hryvnias and the certificate is ready. To do here, the wife gave almost 1000 hryvnias, a physical examination of 470 UAH, a separate psychologist, WHICH TO GO TO THE OTHER END OF THE CITY, another 200 UAH, another doctor who also needs to be reached, another 200 UAH. Doctors, as usual, are the poorest people in need but wholesome, you arrive at lunch — no one, they say to arrive in the morning — we arrived at 8:30, we must wait until 15:00 for doctors. PZDC
