01/13/2020 Koval Yuriy visited the trauma center. Accepted immediately. although there were up to a dozen people, the staff acted in a coordinated manner and there was almost no queue. Immediately registered, immediately examined and x-rayed. After the X-ray, Dr. Babkin BM once again examined, consulted and prescribed what medication is needed. The whole procedure took 10-15 minutes, absolutely free and as tactful as possible. My gratitude to the doctor, radiologist and nurses at the emergency room.

Responsive and attentive staff of the institution, but huge queues cross out all those positive emotions from the staff, although there are coupons with an appointed time, but the delay in coupons is more than an hour, which causes great inconvenience to a person who has difficulty walking on crutches. Please draw the leadership of the institution to the fact that there are only 2 in the emergency room !!! strollers for non-walking patients and they are almost always busy. There are no toilets for the disabled in the emergency room department; it’s impossible to enter any toilet in the wheelchair.
