I’ve been staying at this hotel every time I visit Sumy - I even had my wedding here this July (2019). It’s safe to say, I’ve spent a lot of money at this hotel. Today (11/22/2019) my wife and I booked the deluxe room for two nights (booked five days before) and the sauna , as we had invited friends to join us. Upon check-in, we were told we lost our sauna reservation to guest that (for all intents and purposes) spend more money than us... we were offered $2.00 off our room. To make a long story short, we left... and will not be back. The hotel is beautiful, but customer service is very poor. So if you book a room, fingers crossed someone with more money doesn’t take your reservation.

Ohhhh I really love that’s places and I really like that’s hostesses Anna she is the only speaking English and the food amazing I was there in 19 November and it was an amazing day 👍👍

A wonderful place to stay and a great restaurant. We love to eat here, especially in the summer outside near the river. The restaurant and hotel can be very busy on the weekends, so make reservations if you can

On our first night, the place had ridiculously loud music is playing at the restaurant from 07:30 to 00:00. Luckily the next two nights didn't have a party at the restaurant, and the place also turned down the morning music at our request. BUT, I have to warn that when there is a party at the restaurant the music is much too loud. Also a couple more complaints: the drapes are pretty transparent so the rooms get a ton of light in the morning, plus the rooms are heated to a very high temperature by default and you have to ask the reception to turn it off. Otherwise, everything else at the hotel is great: Most staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there's even a spa.
