My husband and I really liked everything! Great room, bright and tidy, everything you need is available - a bathrobe, towels, slippers, shampoos, etc. Very hospitable host, met us at 12 at night, answered all our questions, advised where to have dinner in the city :) I advise :)

With my husband we went to friends in Sumy, but in order not to burden them for the night, we decided to rent a room in this hotel. Booked a double room "Studio". The apartment is gorgeous, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the terms are clean. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality, because you want to return to such a cozy atmosphere, so we will keep this place in mind!

Convenient location from the center of everything you need at hand cafes, subways, restaurants. Good repair in the rooms, responsive, polite staff with a cordial welcome to visitors. The hotel meets all international requirements. Great service. I will always use the services of the Luxury Hotel and recommend to friends and acquaintances.

My wife and I really enjoyed it. The rooms just perfect order and cleanliness. We were here in the winter and from our room we had a view of the beautiful New Year tree. It was just great!

Very pleased with staying at this hotel. I was on a business trip and it was convenient to get to work from here. Everything is organized at the highest level. The room is clean spacious, has all the necessary appliances and furniture. In the bathroom all the necessary tools for the shower. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cost is quite democratic.
