Very good department! Employees are always friendly, polite, always tell you how best to do it. Parcels and letters are sent on time. Postmen also deliver newspapers on time. Thank you for your work!

Excellent Ukrainian post office, located not far from my house. So I can always get or send a package quickly.

Came on Saturday at 03/14 they said it was already closed although the parcel was brought half an hour ago. Everyone was in place but to spend 1 minute and give the package that I can now pick up in 2 days if they did not want to go on a business trip again. This is the new-old Ukrposhta.

I come often. The department is improving. The girls work quite well. Personally, I have never had any problems with this department. Now the tariffs of Ukrposhta are not particularly encouraging, but nevertheless, they are still cheaper than others. And the service will improve. It is profitable to send smart boxes if something is big. The problem was solved with paper notifications, now they are sent to the vibe, you definitely will not miss it.

The girls are all pleasant, friendly and always happy to help. But there is one granny who sits in the far hall, she is always dissatisfied, constantly yelling at you even if you said your address correctly, and if not correctly, then ooh .. watch out! 😰
