If new mail is the delivery of the future, then Ukrposhta is the delivery of the past, and very distant, apparently. Very slow service. To pick up some penny parcel sent by cash on delivery, you need documents. Only 2 racks work, and then if you're lucky. Due to the speed of service and bureaucracy, long queues accumulate. I highly do not recommend using the services of this post office and Ukrposhta in general.

Ukrposhta and in particular the 35th branch is a classic example of the most careless attitude towards customers. The queues are always here. I even write this review from the queue. On Saturdays there is usually one operator, on weekdays there are usually 2. I come here exclusively to receive parcels from China. The procedure takes about 1-2 minutes, but you have to queue for at least 40 minutes each time. I never come on the days of paying utility bills, and nevertheless, every time such a picture. There are no chairs or benches, it is very difficult for pensioners to stand. The branch moved to new premises, but the worst service remained. The operator can easily spend 20 or 30 minutes on servicing one client. Here, no one is in a hurry and does not value clients' time. Forced to use the services of Ukrposhta, because there are no other alternatives, parcels from China (even with paid delivery) now unfortunately only come here. We recruited young pretty girls, but this did not affect the speed in any way. The post office has turned into a bank branch for receiving payments! It's time to change something! At least bring a shop from the trash can for the grandmothers, disgrace !!

A new building with a good repair, there are several seats and a table to fill the papers. The staff is polite, but a bit slow. Works, as a rule, two racks. Closer to 6 pm did not notice the queues.
