Good girls ... But they are not slow, apparently the program hangs. I always order parcels to this department and send them too. Sometimes there are queues because of pensioners who are used to collecting a bunch of receipts for paying for communal apartments! The prices are ridiculous compared to Novaya Pochta. If not in a hurry, then it is! If you are in full swing, then use other deliveries. Compared to previous years, the UP is progressing quite well! And I will also tell you that if you came in a good mood and smiles at people, then you are unlikely to be rude! So share your positives everywhere and the world will be kinder!

1. The application shows incorrect information about the working hours of branches 2. The staff is slow 3. After standing in line for 40 minutes, I was asked to return for the parcel in a couple of hours ... 4. Why should I write on advertising materials: "Happily in ukrpo almost" - hours of what? Expectations? Or like this: "zdatni divuvati" - what ?! How to surprise? Interaction with Ukrposhta brings negative impressions. And the employees don't even pretend to be interested in helping you. You do not need to declare what you do not correspond to.

Great branch - I always order here. I try not to use new mail - it is unreasonably expensive, and there are no advantages - they also lose goods and fool you, like everyone else.

Constantly queue, girls work well, very slowly and sluggishly. Why is it impossible to let people go with parcels in 1-2 minutes, as at New Mail ...

Awful office, parcels are being sold! Queues, masks are not worn correctly, parcels are thrown. They brought mail at 12:00, they unpacked everything at 17:00. Previously, they do not give, but the track says what is on the department!
