There is always a que and on average it’s takes minimum 1 hour to collect your post. The staff don’t speak a single word of English and always tired and overworked. Their computer system is extremely slow and often there is no internet connection, which means even longer waiting times. Ukrainian postal service is a complete waste of money! And the staff are not to blame, rather the company needs a complete rethink!

There is simply no bad branch in the city, they work terribly slowly, they are rude all the time, they look for parcels for a very long time, they work like turtles, and they also behave disgustingly, they say if you don’t like something, go to New mail to receive your parcels. not the first year, this is not wine. Shame on you !!?
