Pleasantly surprised. I was very lucky with the woman who served (friendly, well-mannered, she herself warned that I needed to check the package and she herself opened the package with me). There was no queue, the hall was cool, air conditioners were working. The whole process of receiving the shipment took no more than 10 minutes. The package arrived quickly (sent on the 25th received on the 27th).

Thank God I rarely use this department. I received parcels here twice and both times with some kind of jokes. The first one was waiting in line for more than half an hour: about 8 employees staggered around the hall, in fact 3 windows work. I can’t take the second half day: I went to 11 - “the program doesn’t work”, I went in an hour later, I started to work, but it stopped working on me again. I'll go in the evening, maybe the program will still "want" to work ...
