That's horrible. Eternal queues. A bunch of people. An old house, a barn and not a branch ... cramped even by the workers themselves. Everything is slow, perpetual accounting, recounting ... few people work for so many customers ... or I don’t know what their problem is ... mess in a word. I do not advise.

Very dissatisfied with the separation. I receive packages from China. They constantly do not have them. I received an email with an exact indication of the package, but they do not have it. The staff is rude and not competent.

I sent a registered letter 3 weeks ago, they said they would receive an SMS about delivery, until today there is silence. I called the received letter no. The service is just awful.
