Knowing the pace of work, Ukrposhta decided to reduce the time of sending parcels to a minimum - to create parcels in the personal account in the mobile application. By the way, this feature allows you to send a parcel without queuing (of course, if you dare to pass the queue of people who came to pay for utilities). I created electronic invoices and here Ukrposhta makes me an offer (literally): "To send this item - visit the post office and call its operator number (or download and print the generated invoice yourself - it will save time in the office)." I was impressed. That is, I created the invoice myself, you can scan it at the post office by barcode and print it out, and it turns out that it takes a lot of time, since they make me such an offer. Well, the printer is, printed at home. Each parcel weighed about 70 grams. When creating the invoice, I indicated 150 grams. The cost was not affected, and I was sure that no invoice would be returned to me. But ... each parcel was weighed and the number of grams was corrected with the handle on the consignment note. WHY??? The cost of any parcel has not changed. In total, I sent my 16 parcels for about 30 minutes. Despite the fact that I had printed invoices, all parcels were the same, it was not necessary to sort them. And so it happened that on the same day I sent 20 parcels by other mail. There, too, I created electronic invoices at home in the application. Invoices printed in the mail. Departure took 3 minutes.

came for a parcel, and there were ten people in line. in the 15 minutes that I waited there (on the street at -15 ° C) the line did not move, it was pointless to wait any longer. will have to come another time, but not the fact that the situation will change. in the future I will try not to use the services of dill or at least not to get involved with this wretched branch

It is always an unrealistic queue that moves very slowly. Usually serves one cashier. It is better to choose larger branches.

It is very good that there is a Post Office near the house, but I was a little disappointed with the delivery of parcels. I received parcels twice and they were opened, everything was in place, but the fact itself is not pleasant.

Constant queues, it is not realistic to receive the parcel! I have come for the third time. Better to use the services of the new mail!
