Terrible service! There are 10 people in the queue, one place works, one person is served for 10-15 minutes. And it's not clear why there is cash on delivery if you can't see what's in the package!

Yesterday (January 11, 2021) they brought a notice that a registered letter had come to my name. In the service that tracks the "Path" of my letter, I saw that, it turns out, they tried to hand it over to me on December 31, 2020. How long will this disgrace continue. I spent the whole day on 12/31/2020 in the apartment. And this is not the first time such a situation.

The main disadvantage of this department is the queues. But if you exclude visiting during the period of general payment com. services and receiving a pension, there are no problems. Female workers are very nice. Serve quickly and without rudeness. I wonder how they maintain adequacy with such work.

They do not care about the client, they are not even able to say that they are starting lunch, put a break sign in front of their noses, are not able to say that the service at this cash desk will be long and that I switch to another operator. A single queue is not respected, you can go first, but they will serve you last. I’m already silent about the fact that it requires calling a phone number out loud so that everyone can hear. There is no air conditioning - there is nothing to breathe. Council of Deputies. But the head of Ukrainian Post receives a salary of more than 1,000,000 per month.
