There are many stories with this department, but the last delivery (heavy and cumbersome) finished me off, of course for money. I was just at home with my wife (Sunday), the whole day this goat (courier) was rolling around the house, but he did not bring the parcel. He sent me an SMS saying that since I’m not at home, like, decide this issue yourself. I call back this courier, in response, some kind of nonsense carries on and off. In short, the result is that he refused the parcel and the New mail?!?! @ #!? !!!!!

They sent me a musical instrument from the 1st department of Sumy. The package was oversized, in the amount of 15,000, insured! The big user manual is gone! It is impossible to use a musical instrument without it! There was an unpacking video, but they don't accept! The hot line didn't help much either! We talked and that's all (((We did not provide the packing video! They do not react to claims! No one compensates for the monetary damage! Look both ways and think a hundred times before sending the parcel. Insurance does not work (((I would like to talk with the management and careless employees who committed such negligence !!! 🤔
