I want to share my impressions of today's visit to LaserTag in the Equator. Dear owners, did they learn to borrow money, but did not learn to provide services for this money. Earn the poor as you can. I pre-booked and postponed the 13th birthday prepayment. I bring children for a stipulated time, and it turns out, out of 10 lasers, only four work ..... This is how to understand ???? After an hour of clarification, brought 2 more lasers. For children a tournament should be organized within 1.5 hours. for which I had to pay 3000 UAH. Dear, what was your tournament organization ????? The fact that your worker changed the colors of light on the hoops ????? That's all???? Disappointment has no limits. In the end, they took money from me for 1.5 hours. for each child. 6 children were playing all the time because there were no more lasers. So what did I pay for the kids sitting ???? Even those lasers that were, not all were defective, the sight does not work, there is a mask ..... I have not seen such a horrible attitude towards clients .... It is a pity that you so damage your reputation. I will not recommend your institution to any person. You at least apologized for the delay of 1 hour and for "super-organizing", not to mention that I had to pay twice less. Parents, bring a group of children and do not say that you are a group, but pay only for those who play. Seriously nobody organizes anything there. Harm to the baby and her spoiled holiday. Owners want not to think first and foremost about money, but about their reputation, because I can only call today's behavior only extortion.
