My friends and I were unpleasantly surprised after visiting the Mozart institution in Rivne Did not like: The staff is so unprofessional !! allow themselves to be disrespectful to customers! !! General impression: We came with friends to sing, and instead listened all evening as the same girl, blonde, sang 4 songs, the staff is not so polite! affects the situation (

They didn't let the friend in because he came in shorts. When ordering the table, the dress code was not reported. A friend changed his clothes, but half an hour later the company came in shorts and sat quietly at the bar (acquaintances of the staff). In summer, air conditioners do not cope with their task at all, it is too hot. Orders are very long. Regarding the sound: if you don't care which micro to shout into, which acoustics or how the sound is tuned, then you're not here. Well, or here, if you come already "prepared". The choice of songs is quite small. As they say, it used to be better.
