I rarely leave such terrible reviews but ... It took a purchase of a SIM card with any tariff for the Internet (exclusively for the Internet). I asked for the most profitable option. They offered a package for 150 UAH with a tariff extension for the same for 150 UAH. The package includes 20 GB. I asked for something cheaper. They offered a package option for 150 UAH and a renewal price of 100 UAH, in a package of 15 GB. All! Cheaper options did not even try to offer me. It took me 30 seconds to see the tariff on the window, where the package price is 60 UAH and the renewal price is also 60 UAH, and the tariff also has 15 GB of Internet! I don’t know whether the impudent employees themselves are to blame, or whether their management makes them pack expensive packages, but in any case it showed what a great attitude the company has to customers
