The PrivatBank office is located on the ground floor. Always nice skilled bank employees. There are cashiers for one cashier, two operator-consultants for individuals, one for legal, as well as two terminals; there is an ATM on the street. There are places to wait in the department.

Very bad staff! I checked how they were reacting to my situation. I came with such a problem that I urgently needed to restore the card at the bank. My phone was being repaired, but the sim card was with me, with whom it does not happen, adequately explained the situation. I heard that the staff was good, but they kicked me out the door and said that you don't have to come again. How do you think I felt in this situation? And elderly people come there, who need help, and they are so rudely sent. And what I want to tell you, if you have any problems, you can safely go to other establishments! You will not be helped by anything and will still be discussing what "idiots" you are, sorry for being rude, but it's true.
