11/05/2020 bought an Airon Procam 4K Plus action camera in the Brain store in Cherkasy, 205 Shevchenka Boulevard checked the components for the camera and did not let me do it myself, included 2 batteries, when I poked my finger and asked if there was a spare battery, in response I heard "No, the cap." What plug ???? Payment was through the card, still took a memory card of 32 GB, in total the seller calculated me about 100 UAH more than the amount for the card and the camera, made remarks, during the calculation there was an error, the seller did not know how to fix it, went asked others were again made to wait. There were still problems with batteries, but that's another story. CONCLUSION - I DO NOT RECOMMEND Brain store for purchases, poor quality of goods, low level of knowledge of service personnel and service center

I was pleasantly surprised how sensibly the sales consultant explained my question to me, although I immediately said that I had come only to price, not to buy. I would like to turn to such specialists, which I will do)
