All my friends and acquaintances work with this company, it has been checked ☝️ there is always a large selection of products and a charming girl Victoria will be able to choose something special for your holiday. She is generally in this special, of course 👍👏 always throws up cool ideas. I want to say about the quality of work and the products themselves. All balloons that we order fly in their original form for at least three weeks. Of course, this is good news. Since it pleases the eye and our children not only on the day of the holiday, but also after. I would like to note the timely delivery. It is not always possible to pick up the balls on time, and the courier always brings them on time and wherever needed. We walked with the baby for 2 years past the store. She ran inside for the ball. A large woman (owner) was inflating balloons at this time. Roughly said to leave. When asked to sell a balloon to a child, she answered "on the site from UAH 250". Question ... Why open a store if you have such an approach and attitude towards children? And also to call it smile, which clearly does not correspond to the approach. Maybe this is not yours ... It was possible to explain somehow more culturally that you are busy. Do you understand that by such actions you lose the loyalty of future and current Clients? I previously ordered a bouquet of balloons for my daughter's birthday: latex balloons were blown out every other day, foil in a week. In other stores, they flew much longer. I thought to continue ordering because it was close. After this incident, I will never order it myself and I will not recommend it to anyone. Learn to earn loyalty of Clients, and not to collect profits, and if you have chosen the craft of giving a holiday, then "give". Positive always returns a hundredfold.

Thank you for efficiency. The balls are amazing. The son is delighted. Very high quality and bright. Especially a ball with our inscription! We will soon return to the school friend for balls)))) now we will often run into the store.
