I called these people and sent a photo video. I was told that they would contact me on this issue. 2 months have passed, there is no feedback. I do not recommend that I turn there is a risk of spending 10,000 hryvnias like me and not being satisfied. Regarding the guarantee that they promise, this is also just an advertisement that something will happen, they just won't pick up the phone, that's the whole guarantee.

Ordered a set of rugs 2 years ago. For the third time they sent what they had agreed on. Namely, sew Velcro on the carpets (back row) on the back so that in the cabin do not "ride" underfoot. 10 days ago I ordered in the trunk. Made 100% payment. I ask them where the rug is, and the answer is: it will be in TWO months. Although the site says 10 days of production !!! If you order a gift - this is not an option. Such nuances should be warned and not silenced. Their quality is good, but with the BIDA service. I keep waiting .....

They did it quickly, the driver's and rear ones did not initially fit, as they were made for a car with a gun, and I have a mechanic (there is no step for my left foot and some other minor differences). We fixed it in 3 working days without taking into account the shipment, now everything is perfect. Even taking into account improvements and shipments, it came out almost twice as fast as promised.

I put the container in the trunk, they sent it out of size. No feedback, after making an advance payment, they are no longer interested in the fate of the order. A month later I received a converted container, but all this time they ignored it. Their Instagram page is far removed from the reality of their approach to customers.

The quality of the carpets is not bad, but my car did not fit well. Ride half a year and changed to 3D Weathertech, lay down like family.
