Service, as in other places in Kurortny zero. The waitresses are completely frostbitten and cannot answer half of the questions. The carbonara was brought with rotten ham. When I noticed this, they just shrugged their shoulders. They can't say anything about wine, they don't understand wines at all. The general feeling that you are not expected at all in this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. Although, in Kurortnoye this is one of the best places. So you don't have a lot of choice (((

Terribly! When we arrived, there was only one table in the establishment. Made an order, told to wait 30 minutes. After 15 minutes another table came. During this time we did not bring any utensils, napkins or our drinks (beer, wine, aperol). Another 15 minutes passed and a waiter approached us and asked which wine was red or white. Followed. But in 1 minute I came back because I forgot to specify dry or semi-sweet. And reported that the aperol will not be (30 minutes have passed since the order). But she didn't have time to leave, as 6 aperoles were brought to the next table, which came later than us, when I asked how it turned out, the waiter said "sorry, it's my fault" and left. An hour has passed since the order. We only have drinks, and that's not all. They said we still had to wait for food (ordered soup, french fries and pita bread). When I started to get nervous after 1 hour and 20 minutes, they brought me juice, a little baby juice, like a compliment from the bar. We left. The food did not wait. When we were walking, a friend accidentally broke a glass of wine, very quickly we were asked for 100 UAH. And no one even apologized for the spoiled evening! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! P.S. The napkins we asked for from the very beginning were brought along with the bill.

The service was not pleasant, the waiter met with a sour face and spent it. Mosquitoes seize, but they don't have a blanket or mosquito repellent, the order was waited for 1.5 hours and the landing was not complete. The kebab is delicious, but serving it with ketchup is trash. Friends, were in "Provence" 4 years ago and the situation was the same.

The place is generally good, but there are problems with the speed of service. If you do not want to wait long, come when there are fewer visitors and order dishes that are prepared earlier (roast with meat, etc.). We ordered carbonara pasta, but in fact the dish has nothing to do with it except noodles.
