I decided to order "food", called and placed an order for 5 pizzas. About an hour later, a call that the courier had already arrived. Came out, looked at a pizza in one box, everything seems to be fine. I went in, I looked, and everything in the boxes was literally turned upside down. I have not seen this in my life, I highly do not recommend visiting this institution, and even more so something to eat there. The boxes have been damaged since arrival. All hunting pizzas had an extremely high amount of onions. After this "snack" the stomach ached notably. Think for yourself, but I am already leaving a second review. Thank you most likely for stomach problems ...

Horse prices. In Kiev, at such prices, there is absolutely different service and quality, of course. 150 UAH ice cream is a tin. We just arrived, it was evening and we did not know where to go and decided to take at least something and check for one. Maybe at least the portions are huge. I, an employee of the "Laguna" cafe, having worked for several years in this cafe, I want to express my gratitude to the management of this wonderful place from the bottom of my heart for their understanding, kindness and support. They always help and go forward when needed. With all my heart I would like to wish you health and prosperity in business.

The first time I came and ordered a salad with veal and vegetables, which I liked very much, came back a week later for the same salad, ordered, and they brought a completely different salad, and even sour, moreover, they made a fool of me that I confused something, and the cook nothing to do with. This may be fine for the lagoon, but for me, as a client, it was at least a ruined evening. ... The management is great, they corrected the mistakes of the staff, they reacted quickly.
