Rooms are not new, but clean. The food is delicious, there is a children's menu. On the territory there is shade all day, there is a small pool. But repairs are needed everywhere. The attitude is also very good.

The overall impression is normal. Sergeevka itself, of course, is not impressive - it gives off the Soviets and devastation, but the sea is gorgeous. The number of rooms in the boarding house is different. The building is one with a newer renovation, so the rooms are better. There are bathrooms with showers, there are without (i.e. drain goes to the floor). Pros: the presence of a pool (clean, with a shallow and deep part) with sun loungers and umbrellas around; tennis court, billiards, table tennis; free transportation to the estuary; a lot of greenery and, accordingly, shade, which is very important on hot days; the food is varied with large portions, tasty, the price is reasonable; there is a bar where you can buy delicious coffee, ice cream and milkshake; parking on site; allowed to stay with animals; flexible time of arrival-departure. Cons: for me (maybe for someone it will turn out to be a plus) - the boarding house's policy of silence - it's allowed to make noise after 22.00, as I understand it. When asked to turn off the music and not make noise, because the children went to bed in the evening, the administrator promised that "the guys will cook the kebabs and go to the gazebo, where they will not be heard", but, unfortunately, they were still very audible all night long. In the morning they explained to us that it was young people who had come to rest. Interestingly, and we, what have arrived? The next night, they again listened to loud music until the morning, and the window could not be opened, because it was too loud. I specifically chose this boarding house far from noisy places (even sacrificing the distance to the sea), but it turned out that the boarding house itself became a noisy place. The second disadvantage was the water supply, namely the strange adjustment of hot water, then it goes cold, then boiling water. The child once even, not much, but got burned. For two days of stay, the garbage was not taken out and no cleaning was done. The area is not well maintained. There is no shop or market nearby where you can buy fruit. Walking distance to the market with shops for 30 minutes. It's far from the sea, even taking into account the transportation to the estuary. And delivery on time, so that early in the morning at sea only on foot, or by car. To whom I can advise - those who do not care about the proximity of the sea, who like to make noise or are indifferent to loud music at night. Unfortunately, this format of recreation is not suitable for my family.

There are beautiful cottages, and there is a scoop style ....

We are resting here for the second time. Very nice family run place. And children are not bored and adults have something to do.
