This is not first time I stay here. Pretty good rooms, swimming pool and 50 metres to the Black Sea. Some attractions for all ages. I would recommend to visit it.

Was there for the first and last time !!!!! Time of stay 25-08-03.09.2020. We rested together with my sister. The first impression is normal. The territory is large, swimming pool, gazebos, bar, sun loungers, the room seems to be good, the furniture is new. But!!!! Immediately after check-in, we walked around the room without shoes, the floor seemed to be in some kind of earth, not even sand. The white socks immediately turned black. The mattress topper is full of stains. There is such a layer of dust on the cabinet that my sister put her bag there and the dust fell on it. Immediately asked for cleaning, thanks to the room was cleaned somehow, but only after a few hours, since cleaning after an hour, and we checked in at 12. We work on the Internet, so we definitely needed a Wi-Fi, when we booked a room, we specified it. But in fact, it is unrealistic to connect to Wi-Fi. The administration replied that it does not connect to iPhones at all, and the android may be caught near the pool. But I did not catch it there either. I also liked the answer "Well, we all live in Ukraine, there is 4G" By the way, 4G Internet in the room also does not catch. There is a kettle in the room, but there are no cups or glasses, the administration said - not provided. We bought the dishes ourselves. There are no dryers on the balcony, it is also not provided, they hung a towel on the railing, they were blown down by the wind. Often, someone's things were scattered across the territory, probably those who also had no dryers. One evening, the staff threw a party for themselves on site, with music and songs. Although on the other days we did not hear music. We swam in the pool once, then we saw that it was dirty. The general impression is that the administration is sneezing at the guests. Whatever you ask, everything is not provided. There was no planned cleaning even once, when they asked for it on the fifth day, they came cleaned. Again, anyhow. On the last day they asked for an extension, we were moved to another building. Probably there has been no renovation since the time of construction. Double room with double bed and sofa. The furniture is old, the room smells bad. The sofa is generally a separate topic. It was scary even to lay things on him, not to sleep, such a terrible state.

Clean, tidy, settled ahead of time, as there were vacant rooms. Late check-out was paid 50% of the room rate. There is a swimming pool, gazebos, swings, a dining room (but it did not work on September 8-12). To the bus station 2 minutes, the sea immediately upon the sight from the base, the center 2 minutes. You can eat in the center. Everything is close and convenient. The beach is clean. There is a change of clothes, there is no covering. I didn’t like that the administration didn’t answer until 8:00. That is, having arrived at 6, we were forced to just sit and wait on the street or the beach until the girl at the reception came to work. On the territory there are both houses (September 400gr) and buildings: economy (500), standards (600), luxury something about 1000.

Were at the base at the end of the season. From August 29 to 31. In building 4. The room was overlooking the pool and sea. The room was neatly cleaned. The presence of a refrigerator and an air conditioner made me happy. Lack of wifi in the room and on the territory upset. Of the three points, not one did not work normally. The pool was a joy for a little son, or rather a small part of it. Access to the sea along a beautiful alley, the beach is not fenced in anything and sellers of beer, fish, corn walk along the beach in abundance) The gate to the beach closes at 23.00. There is a shower by the pool and sea access. There is a barbecue area and wooden gazebos. There is a live queue for them, it is better to take from 5-6 pm) in order to sit quietly with the company. There is parking for cars 40 hryvnia per day. There is a bar and seating near the pool, loud music plays until 12 at night, which makes it difficult for those who calmly try to do it in their rooms) although this did not bother our child, I slept badly the first night. There is also a dining room on the territory, which is open until 9 pm. I will not say about its quality, they did not take anything there.
