We rested at the Niva base just fine. Since we were with a 4-year-old child, we really liked the large playground right in front of the rooms, it is convenient to look after the child, plus a significant distance from the road and from the exit from the base itself, that is, the baby will not jump out onto the road and he did not have the opportunity to independently go outside the base. The first line from the sea, the recreation area offers a beautiful view of the sea surface глад We were in September, the weather is cool, there are a little fewer people, quiet, calm and comfortable. The room (quadruple) is also extremely comfortable: a double bed, a bunk bed, air conditioning, a shower toilet, a washbasin, a refrigerator, a locker for things, a table, a hanger, a shoe cabinet, a table and a kettle on the porch where you can eat in the fresh air. The recreation area has benches and barbecues. The base has wi fi. We asked to put us a tile on the street so that the kid could cook something quickly and we were given a small gas stove without any problems. The prices are extremely pleasant, for comparison, a room on this base cost us cheaper than we were offered on 3 lines from the sea in the private sector !!! We liked the owners of the recreation center very much, they were pleasant and polite people! If we come to Lebedevka, then only to you☺️☺️ It takes literally 3-4 minutes to go to the sea (before descending the stairs). In the summer, the base has its own kitchen; in addition, there are shops and cafes nearby. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality and for your work!

Location: generally convenient, the road is normal, the recreation center can be found without problems. Service: I have no complaints, the staff is friendly and attentive, but not everyone speaks the state language, as for me it is a minus. Recreation center: on the territory there is a sports ground, a tennis table, a place for drying linen, a brazier with all "shish kebab" tools. The sea is perfectly visible from the base. Absolutely everything at this recreation center is sovkovye, so it will be perfect for nostalgia and sovkophiles, but I warn you, a lot of things are repainted in blue-yellow colors))). It is necessary to be vigilant near the landslide, sooner or later a large part of the base will collapse into the sea. Rooms: small, modestly furnished, good mattresses, clean bed linen, the rooms have a specific smell and fauna in the form of: flytraps, tweezers and spiders. There is NO WiFi HERE, in some rooms you can hear the noise of cattle from other budget bases. Bathrooms: toilets and showers are in the same room with the rooms. No toilet paper, soap, rusty handles and taps, fungus in the shower, warm water available. Food: Compotes are cooked from sea water, or salted, generally good, but sometimes too large portions. Sea: The beach is clean, but often throws the carcasses of marine animals in large quantities ashore (jellyfish, crabs, small fish). Maybe this is a normal process, but I think it is necessary to warn. Conclusion: I recommend as a budget option, but at the same time I recommend to overpay a few hundred and look at the neighboring, more modern, more convenient bases.

A very worthy holiday option, especially for families with a child, there is a huge playground on the territory of the base where a child can throw out his energy reserve. The administration is responsive and friendly, Irina and Vladimir you are super. Three minutes walk to the sea, the sea is shallow and clean, there are enough cafes and shops around, prices are at the level of Kiev, there are not many people In general, this is not Zatoka for you. We were satisfied, and realized that if on the territory of Ukraine and with children, then this is there.
