Nice, really nice!

We were vacationing with a family with 2 children! The hotel itself is wonderful, beautiful style, fountain and rooms are spacious, but against this background there are a number of questions, especially to the management. Administrator Natalya dealt exclusively with newly arrived guests, and ask how the guests who are already settled live and are they didn’t notice any desire problems! Which really upset me .. I knocked out the feeding chair only on the third day, and I had to run on my own for 1.5 days due to lack of Internet (there was no access due to the lack of a subscriber, pay only that). the rooms are not updated, there are not enough foot towels for guests .... Well, it’s true, for the sake of thanks, I understand the administrator’s mother who cares for the garden for at least solving the voiced problems and a special thank you to the kitchen! In general, everything is fine, but there is something to work on. Respect the guests !!!

5 out of 5. The very case when everything that the owners wrote about the hotel is true. The architecture is really, really cool. A beautiful building, turrets ... The staff is friendly. Five minutes walk from the entertainment center Zatoka. Around - a bunch of cafes and shops. The beach is five minutes away. Rooms are cleaned all the time. Linen and towels are always clean. I will not say about food - the regimes did not coincide, they did not try. But, I will note that all problems and questions were solved with lightning speed. Everything was awesome. Without twisting my heart, I can recommend it to everyone for relaxation.

My husband and I rested in Zatoka for the first time from August 16-23, 2020. The choice fell on the hotel with the beautiful name Casablanca in the Moroccan style. This is truly a gem in the entire Zatoka. Beautiful, stylish, quiet, cozy. Being in it sometimes I forgot that you were in Ukraine. The rooms were Standard, very good, it could be called a Suite, they included everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Cleaning was done every day. They brought soap and toilet paper. Nice friendly staff. We were settled very quickly. Delicious cuisine, it was very pleasant to sit and dine in a beautiful setting. In the evening, the hotel is unrealistically beautifully illuminated. To the beach 2 minutes walk. Would highly recommend this hotel !!! I always select hotels very carefully and we were delighted! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! ❤️

The hotel is very beautiful in appearance, made in the Moroccan style, the territory is ennobled, small but pleasant, there is a shadow, the flowers are beautiful, a large arbor, the fountain is pleasantly noisy. And this is all good! The number is the most ordinary, there is no zest in it and there is no information booklet or piece of paper with a password from Wi-Fi. Wifi does not work or is very weak! Now about the staff! There is no administrator on the spot either. We were met by women instead of the administrator, they looked like employees of the catering of my childhood. Breakfast was even worse. Bye everyone
