The manager, a certain Natalya, who was on the shift, did not apologize, she said, like many sign up and do not come, which I replied to her that I have been washing here for 8 years and never did that, you can remember the clients. When I called her boss (Victoria) and began to explain the situation, she simply hung up the conversation. HERE is this attitude towards people ... I have never had any complaints about the washers, but the managers and owners ... It seems that they are completely drunk there and consider themselves directors of the planet Earth ... While these people will work there - my legs this car wash will not be, but I’m only one and a million who wash there, and they don’t care - one more than one less .. but I believe that everything is read from one person, from one step - and this is the beginning of your end with this attitude towards people.
