The decisive moment in choosing this hotel was the high rating here and on booking. But why it is so high - remains a mystery, given that almost every day different guests found out the relationship with the administration (our room was next to their desk) and the real living conditions: - There is almost no cleaning in the rooms. Daily only change of towels, which 80% had holes. - Bed linen could also be less tangled - in the shower, when you turn on the water, it started to stink, you had to wait 5 minutes until the water drains and this stench passes (or maybe you just get used to it () - in principle, old and inconvenient plumbing. They didn't hear about toilet disinfection there. -no missing dumpster in the hotel. Maximum - a small trash can in the room near the toilet and an "ashtray" at the entrance to the hotel. All. - there is no special place for outdoor shoes. This is very inconvenient, considering that the bed is right next to the door. If you wake up at the door of your room, you will be rudely told to bring your shoes inside, and if you notice that it is unhygienic, inconvenient, etc., you will be offered to keep it in the closet with things. - Hotel and cafe employees have not heard about masks and other security measures during a pandemic. - Apparently, nobody there knows the Ukrainian language. - in the room of our friends on the wall from the air conditioner was a trace of water directly to the outlet under it 🤦‍♀️ - The cafe is very mediocre. And no one will tell you about the 10% discount for hotel guests. - location ... Yes, close to the city beach, but noisy from the road around the clock. If you only need to spend 1 night in the Black Sea - as an option. We are lived in a hotel for more than a week and managed to "enjoy the service" to the fullest.

In general, I liked the hotel. They lived on the second floor. The room is spacious, the bed is good, not far from the beach. The restaurant is quite tasty, but the prices are quite high. Well, the dishes are more delicious, not every day. On the negative side, there was no mosquito net on the windows. On the first night, the child was terribly bitten by mosquitoes. You can touch at least one. It is worth refreshing the repairs a bit - the column in the middle of the room is dirty, the silicone in the bathroom also looks very unattractive. The company was walking in the restaurant last night - incredibly loud, it was impossible to sleep with the windows open, but the air conditioning is located directly above the bed, so I did not dare to turn it on. So I waited for the end of that banquet. I would love to stay here next time if the hotel listens to the advice.

Quite a decent place for the money. The sea nearby, Atb, Odessa bakery. There were some disadvantages. Probably, before this building would have been something else, because the layout of the rooms is very strange. We had the beginning of the stairs in the room, walled up, and my friends had a whole glass wall, because of that it was very hot in the afternoon, even the air conditioning did not help. For some reason, the lights were on all day. The bathroom didn't smell very good.
