Guided by the good reviews of this store, we looked into this store ... the atmosphere, a wide range of products, friendly consultants - they helped to choose a toy, they explained that the toy comes with a guarantee, they say, for 2 years !!! Everything was fine, exactly until the third time the toy refused to turn on and we turned to the store for an exchange or other offer from the store. With a smile on our face, we were told that there were no precedents, they returned the toy, said they would figure it out, write to the manufacturer and call back the next day. The next day the call was not received and we called back every other day, then again - and every time at the wrong time. P. S. Addressed in 9 days after purchase, with a complete set. The girl manager we waited for more than an hour acknowledged our appeal under warranty. One way or another, customer focus is zero.
