Good day. We were in this Kozachku 2018 in July from 07/20/2018 to 07/29/2018, I can say one thing: that we will never, for any money, return there. The place is terrible, but to put it mildly. The staff do not consider guests for anything, rudeness is a normal phenomenon for them, on the phone, when you book rooms, they give a very nice answer, and the first impression is that they are kind people. And now our story. We were traveling in a large company plus a small child 1.9 g. When we arrived we were greeted rudely, in the end one of our people had no place to sleep. We were shocked by the unsanitary conditions: the kitchen was not cleaned at all, there were no dishes (maybe a couple of dirty plates), there were also a couple of cutlery, pots that were burnt, a refrigerator without a freezer, and there was one shelf per room, but that is it. When you walk down the corridor, you get the impression that this is a barn. We took, though economy, although I will say our friends took one room with conveniences: often there is no water in the room (there is not enough pressure), or it barely flows, the shower room is about to fall apart, they put 2 beds together, and that's a double bed. And also, that the hostess, that her daughter, along with the cleaner, smoke right next to your room. With that, the sign does not weigh. The first couple of days there was no employee Tatiana (cleaning lady), but when she came out, it was a real hell. She is boorish of all boorish: she is impudently rude and tells that she is in the mood to have a fight, smokes right in the room and does not bother at all that there is a small child behind the wall. Plus on this issue, there is no courtyard like that, you go out - it's just a road. God forbid the child will jump out, and there cars are constantly driving, this "Kizyachok" is at the entrance to Gribovka. In general, for this Cleaner, every day she clung to swear, let everyone in the toilet and shower. They have a paid shower and toilet at the entrance. So when there is a line, they (people from the street) go to ours, which is designed for 4 rooms. It looks bad, the toilet and the shower are not cleaned. When you raise these issues, the problems are not solved, the hostess apologizes for the phone, and when you meet, she also starts being rude. Well, actually, the rest was ruined. For 5 days, our family was brought to the point that we had been sitting on the beach for the last 3 days, so that we would not waste our nerves. A! I forgot the most important thing. On the eve of going home, we met a desperate elderly woman with her grandson in our corridor near the cleaning lady's room. So she told us that she booked a room with amenities for 3 days at the end of May and paid for everything right away. And when they arrived, their number was occupied, and it was released only on the second day. They were placed in an attic, where they crawled and slept with huge spiders. So I do not recommend anyone to go to this "Kizyachok". In other words, no matter how, it is better to overpay and keep your health. The sea is certainly class: not deep, warm, no jellyfish, the beach is huge. Market prices are good, fruits and vegetables are cheap. I recommend the mushroom.
