Service 👎 the culture of the waiters is generally just horror, cleanliness and tidiness in the institution at a minimum level. All the staff of the institution seem to work the first day, drunken waiters, uneducated security guards - the only plus is good music.

Full rotten. One and a half cripples in the club. I do not drink alcohol, but the prices for it are cosmic. There is no tea - only on the menu. The coffee machine does not work - the waitress went for an hour to get a bag of coffee to some distant store. Where women of easy virtue sit, the bartender does not know. They promised a striptease, and got pornography. In general, it sucks.

Awful place !!! Expensive, no service .... But the worst thing is the toilet !! We were in the trash !!!

NO BOOK OF COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS. The place is AWESOME. When we got in (about 10:15 pm, 9/6/17) the first impression was quite good, few people and music. But this feeling was not long! Sticky floor and table. After waiting 5 min we were not brought the menu, we followed it ourselves. We chose what to order but no one came up to us. We went to the bar and were told that the waitress was taking the order. We waited for her to post something, but when she had finished writing she passed us and even several times. I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions from the bartender, he said he would bring it now. Gone for a couple of minutes, came and said that the administrator will bring the dawn. After waiting a couple more minutes, the administrator came out, but without a book. When asked where the book she answered that they do not have. And when she asked what had happened, she could see in her face that she didn't care what I was saying. The question why there is no book is answered "just not." If you do not have a book, you cannot even drink water at such an institution. There is also no toilet. I will never come there and I will not recommend this place to friends. Maybe when you do, ask for a book!
