Extremely corrupted. I was in Arcadia on July 18, 2020, and they closed down bars and clubs (which they should and it is their right) which didn't pay their bribes, but some places like Ithaka/Ibaza club were open because they paid their bribe to be open during the covid restrictions. As a person who is a neutral passer by, it pains me to see this as I want Ukraine to devolop and such obvious corruption is just too embarrassing.

Corrupt cops, don’t care about scams of tourists

Corrupt police station in here! If you have a trouble don’t use this office as they work with the criminals here in the area.

It so happened that the exit system in the nearby water park stopped working, and more than two hundred people were illegally detained for two hours on the territory of the water park. When they started calling the police, at first they did not want to respond at all, but after the fifth or sixth call they still decided to send a patrol. Which, by the way, drove forty minutes, although the distance between the department and the water park is 200 meters. Upon arrival, the valiant police officers, of course, immediately proved that they were the same helpless traits they thought they were. They stood, refused to accept the application, and left. They are shown a video of hundreds of people standing in a cramped room with a clear violation of quarantine conditions, and they are not released, but their phones are stuck and they can do nothing.

They cover up theft and work as one organized group with thieves. They react to threats of citizens' statements. They behave impudently and aggressively. Where does the prosecutor's office look?
