So I will be undergoing treatment for at least another year. I know cases when people get seals, they fall out in a week and go to put new seals again, pay money again. There are no problems with this at all. Dental treatment is not cheap, but here they do it for more than one year. In general, I am satisfied, thank you for being there!

In order not to travel 100 times, I tried to clarify all the points by phone. I called up several times. I liked that there is a CT scan right on the spot. It is tempting that it is 50 hryvnyas cheaper than others. Those. 650 all teeth. Plus a free consultation. I was already hoping to become a regular customer. But it was not there. I was very disappointed with one oddity that I have never encountered before. At first they said that I needed to remove stones and clean. And this is from 750 to 1330 UAH. I planned to treat specific teeth rather than brushing. Then they said that without such a cleaning, the treatment would not begin at all. That is, it must be cleaned. They said that everything was according to the protocol. I already agreed to sign up for another day, for cleaning, tk. this was already all busy. They also said that it might have to be cleaned several times. That is, instead of treating my teeth at one time, I already have to travel more than 3 times. But this is not the most interesting thing either. Already when I was about to sign up for the next time and leave, it was also unexpectedly found out that, according to the protocol, they had to make an allergy test before doing anesthesia (which, by the way, may be needed during cleaning). And first the doctor: Fedina Ekaterina Aleksandrovna, said that it is desirable to make a test. When I said that I was not allergic to anything, and I had already visited other dentists. There I was given anesthesia without her. The doctor began to laugh and said that they should not do allergy tests, but it is necessary. I quote: "Roman, what are you doing! Every patient does ..." And then at the reception I was told that it can be done at Cosmic 13a. And most importantly, the results will not be immediate - within a week. And it's also good that I asked, it turns out that it is necessary to do for ubistezine and septones. Otherwise I would have done the wrong one, spending even more time and money. Such an allergy test, according to an employee of H + from the registry, costs approximately from 250 to 290 UAH. Thus, it was not possible to save time and money. Instead of going once, having done a CT scan on the spot and having treated your teeth, you need to pay an additional 250 hryvnia and ride five times either to Cosmic, then back to the clinic for cleaning. Wasn't it possible to tell me about the allergy test on the phone ?! So that I do not waste my or someone else's time. And you could also post all your quirks, recorded in their minutes, on the site. These are really quirks because how many teeth I have treated with different doctors, it is a MANDATORY allergy test, for new clients, this is nonsense. Apparently, with this attitude, the clinic doesn't really need new clients. What if the doctor remembered the protocol during treatment or painful cleaning? When I asked for anesthesia, because it hurts me very much, she would also send me to the Cosmic ... Good doctors ... They cannot anesthetize without an allergy test. I also had to fill out a questionnaire, which, by the way, included a point - if I have allergies. I noted there that no. It turns out they don't believe me? The point was to fill out and write an answer, if the allergy test still needs to be done? There were also many other items in the questionnaire. Sleeping, hepatitis and something else. Maybe the doctor forgot about that too? Maybe I still need to ride around the city doing everything in their profile? What other pitfalls can there be in this clinic ... Maybe I still need to visit a psychologist (do I have phobias for syringes), a narcologist, urologist and other specialists. As if I didn't come to treat my teeth, but I'm going to fly into space.
