I come from Belgorod-Dnesrovsky, where most of the sellers are ready to turn over all the goods, but to please the buyer. Here, they do not strain. Open late, leave early. I understood, of course, living in Kiliya for seven years, there is such a way of life. Competition in trade and services is not noticeable - as it goes, it goes by itself!
