Pelican City

We were warmly welcomed and shown around. We were served food even if the restaurant had closed a few tens of minutes before. The entire complex is very well organised, with (covered) spots to have breakfast in nature or small tables added to benches overlooking the river (we did have dinner there!). What else to add? Cleanliness, very tasty food, good rates, smiling faces of the staff, beautiful surroundings. I definitely recommend it!

Very pleasant place with nice views. The territory is clean and full of sade with many benches. The local fish cuisine is good. Also, you may take a boat tour to see pelicans on the Black sea. We were excited visiting Vilkovo and Pelican-Tour base. I do recommend!

A very pleasant recreation center, all the houses are triple, with a small veranda. We had a view of the river, so in the morning you open the doors and enjoy. Very nice area. In the restaurant (in the kitchen) they cook delicious fish soup, only its portions are simply huge, consider that ear is the first + second for you, because separately bring broth and separately kusman fish from fish soup. But apart from the fish soup, everything was delicious! On the territory you can fish, fishing rods are immediately issued. On the territory there are info-stands about the Danube Delta, its history, birds and fish. There are many fruit trees, and I was surprised to find figs and pomegranates in these parts that were almost ripe. And this is not counting grapes, quince, and many other goodies that grow right under the houses. We also booked an excursion to "0 km" and along Vilkovo, right here at the reception: everything was organized very clearly and conveniently. We really liked the base, and on occasion we will definitely return to Vilkovo exactly here.

Base Pelican City is a very good place, a large and clean area. Rented standard room, very comfortable, there is a veranda with a net from insects! The room has one large double bed and one single bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, shower (super hot water), toilet. Everything works well! The base has a kitchen where you can order food, the prices are nice, the food is delicious. Took a tour / excursion by boat to zero kilometers - I liked the tour))) We had a lot of fun)

In the houses, the atmosphere is Spartan, but the nature is beautiful, and the food is delicious. Grab fried fish and local wine. And be sure to go boating. The captain said that you can come to fish for free. A good place for fishing and nature lovers.
