We were told that there is no guarantee for the machine, but if you want a guarantee, then call the beko company, the Kiev hotline and knock out the repair team there (if it exists at all) and I wonder how they will come from Kiev to Belgorod-Dnestrovsky ... And initially they said that there is a service here that serves the equipment under warranty in the event of a breakdown, a team that leaves the house and reimburses it for free. In the end, they said they didn't say anything like that. And this is not a one-off incident.

Very poor service. Sellers are not campaigning about their products. And a lot of staff ask unnecessary and annoying questions.

There is no normal consultation. For installing Windows 10, they want 4 thousand hryvnia, which is most likely downloaded for free from the official website and downloaded the activator. Prices are an order of magnitude more expensive than in other hardware stores.

I will no longer come to this store and I will also advise my friends to do it. The terrible behavior of the consultants. Tactlessness. Disregard for their work. I understand that consultants have a percentage of sales. But this does not fit into any framework. She said the amount I can count on, showed the product that interests me, asked for advice. In response, I heard that I don't need to buy it, I need to take it at a higher price (more expensive is something that does not interest me and the product did not fit my description). Having shown on the shelf 2 units of a product that suits me perfectly and I want to buy, I heard nothing from the consultant except “I can’t help you, because it doesn’t suit you.” Excuse me! Did you at least ask what suits me? I know more about your product than you do. From such rudeness, I just turned around and left and knowingly did this. I found a good store with nice sellers who know everything about their product from A to Z. And they did not tell me what to do there. Dear administrators! Please rewrite sales scripts for staff!
