I bought a wall for TV in the BRW store in the Continent shopping center, in Dnepropetrovsk. Shop and furniture are very satisfied. Only now I encounter such a service for the first time! I mean delivery. They agreed that they would bring me on Saturday for dinner, but they woke me up early in the morning, at 8:50, and informed me that they had left and would be there in 10 minutes. I’m shocked, is that how it is done!?! After inspecting the wall, I saw a small flaw on one part, but they would change it for me without any problems. For delivery, the parts were agreed in advance to make calls in a day, since on weekdays there is no one at home and we will adapt to them. But they called me day in and day out and said they would be for dinner. To which I replied that there would be no one at home and offered the next day, the guys agreed to arrive at 15:00. They call the next day at 9:30 in the morning and say that they are coming to me. I'm just at a loss !!! What kind of service ??? !!! After I asked my father to go down to the guys, I called them back, and they said that they would be forty within an hour or in minutes. I told dad to come back. 10 minutes passed, they called and said that in five minutes they would be near the entrance. Are they kidding me?!?!?! Very unhappy with the delivery work !!! The work schedule and route are not adjusted! Spoil the mood and attitude to your store!

That's horrible. I made a prepayment, waited 2 months - I received not what I ordered. Instead of providing me with the goods that I paid, the company fed me breakfast for 2 weeks, then said that the price went up (by 30%) and I have to pay extra!)) And wait 2 more months.
