I contacted the "Window Factory" to install the bars in early January 2021. Forged gratings were made and installed with high quality on time and within the agreed 2-week period. I'm happy with everything. I am grateful to all the workers of the "Factory". Vitaly, Dnipro.

I ordered two "turnkey" balconies in this company in November 2020. All work is divided into three stages: frame, glazing, finishing. Each stage is done by a separate team. Overall, I was satisfied (overall rating 7 out of 10). Separately by stages of work: - frame (7/10) - the guys work quickly, know their job, but make minor flaws, which then have to be corrected by the windows. On the first balcony there were a couple of small jambs, on the second I already controlled the process and everything was ok. - glazing (9/10) - the guys are great, the installation is done efficiently, they tell / show everything, give valuable advice, correct the jambs on the frame :-) - finishing (5/10) - there are no complaints about the quality, but I am dissatisfied with Nikolai, with whom I discussed the detail and gave my wishes on materials and work. As a result, when the craftsmen started to work, none of my wishes were fulfilled. I accepted the job (in principle, there were no questions about the quality), but I did not entrust them to finish the second balcony, other guys made it cheaper and better.

Everything is very long. The preliminary calculation is very different from the real one. Wouldn't recommend. Well, the response was also answered for a week. It looks like you've got it done all week. And yes, you need two higher ones to measure the opening with a tape measure.

What can I say - fast, reliable, beautiful, very affordable price. If the windows had not ended, I would have ordered it! You guys are on the right track. Recomend for everybody!
