For Ukraine, the Valetta hotel chain is very cool. We were with children in Vallen Park and Dela Vita in September 2020.
Rooms are large, spacious, modern, freshly renovated. Cleaning every day if necessary. All issues are resolved immediately.
Pools are large and small, heated and unheated, for children and adults. You can walk around the entire network.
Service and staff at the level. Guests are loved and taken care of.
All inclusive, Swedish line, animation for children during the day, towels on the beach, sun loungers.
The Swedish line is not like in Turkey, just heaps, but very worthy, and tasty, and we had enough variety with the children. I am generally for food safety. The kids had a lot to choose from the menu, and that's good.
Playground: before our arrival, the children's labyrinth was broken, its older children shattered it. Big old glass was found in the sand. They took us to the reception, they thanked us, said they would sort it out.
The territory is large and beautiful, pine trees and elements of landscape design.
The territory is being completed and ennobled, it is clear that money and labor are being invested here.
The hotels have their own beach, awnings, sun loungers.
Morechko Koblevskoe standard, the proximity of the estuary is felt.
What interfered with: loud Mouzon in the evenings from the chain restaurants. Late and loud. People in a family hotel full of babies under one year old, not everyone is happy to shout until 12 at night. Not everyone agrees with the singer's repertoire and vocal skills, and not everyone is happy with concerts at night.
Also, there is a nonstop electronic music festival for 2 days, and we were not warned about it, and it is loud, and we are still with the children .. the music is cool, but I want to sleep, but it booms all over, even with closed windows.
In general, I don't know why in Ukraine it is believed that live music at night is very cool, and it should scream, but not all guests share this opinion.
Construction is in progress, a new building. But the construction site interferes not like the evening Mouzon. Minus an asterisk for noise.
I sleep in earplugs, and it saved me in places.
The rest is cool.
And the prices in September are much lower, and there are fewer people. It's still hot though.
All in all a normal hotel. We were accommodated in the 5th building on the 1st floor. What can we say about the room - a bit dark, but there is a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer (new), safe. Of the minuses of the room:
- there was no mattress topper on the double bed, and in the crib as well. Very surprising why? Sleeping was not very comfortable due to the fact that the sheet slipped and constantly had to be straightened, or sleep on a bare mattress. Although the mattress is comfortable, it is not very soft and surprisingly clean.
- the toilet was staggering, as if it was poorly fixed to the floor
- rust on metal in the shower, although there was no mold or mildew
- very cold floor
- the plastic chair that goes to the room has broken. Just the husband sat down - and the legs fell off the chair.
Of the "oddities" of the hotel itself - for some reason, the pool was cleaned at about 11 o'clock in the afternoon - in the midst of a visit. In the same De la Vita, we were cleaning the pool until 8 am.
The food in the hotel is good, I would say that it is the same as in De la vita, but the choice is slightly less. If there are several appetizer salads, then there were a couple of salads, one appetizer. Less choice of fruits, but desserts in the same amount. In general, you will not stay hungry.
I liked the beach more than in De la vita, since at 7 am not everyone will run out of the hotel to take a sunbed with a towel, and therefore, having come to the beach after breakfast, it is really possible to find a place in the shade.
The staff are friendly. I would especially like to note the woman who was often near the 5th building (not a maid, but some kind of employee from the administration) and very quickly reacted to our requests and questions.
Oh yeah, even a big plus was the silence at night, as in De la vita music played very loudly a couple of times until half past eleven from a nearby hotel and it was hard for the children to fall asleep.
We rested in August for 10 days in our favorite hotel Forrest, which is now Vallen Park. We were sooo happy with the rest. It can be seen that every year the hotel's service is getting better, the territory is greener and more beautiful. The room was two-room, with all amenities, freshly renovated. Everything is clean, cleaning on demand, linen change every 3 days, the maids are very friendly (hello to the 2nd building, girls, our fairies, thanks for the cleanliness). The food is excellent, there was more than enough, everything is very tasty and a decent choice. The pastries are delicious. Pleased with the towels on the beach and in the pool.
There is a huge request to the hotel owners to improve the playground, children's labyrinth and animation room. The hotel is family-run, there are many children and they would very much like good conditions.
Everything else is fine.
We came to you and will come again))
Thanks for the improvements and service!
Rested at this hotel in early August, 2 weeks with two small children. Impressions are only positive, the staff is very friendly, the service is top notch. We had a standard + room, two-room, the room is made with design, the room has everything (air conditioning, plasma TV, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, etc.). The food is very tasty, everything is designed for recreation with children. Every morning they gave yogurts, milk, kefir, cereals, pancakes, croissants of their own baking, as well as many different salads, meat and so on. All on a buffet system, all staff imposed food as much as you want, all were in gloves and protective masks (because covid 19). On each table antiseptics, At the entrance are also antiseptics. There are many different attractions for children, such as swings, huts, mazes and most importantly, all included in the price. Steep pool, there is a small heated for children and next to adults for a large pool. Animators are constantly working with children, every day a children's disco and during the day various attractions such as aqua makeup, glitter tattoos, superheroes, etc. And a very big plus that you can visit the hotels of the Valleta Group such as De-la-vita, Vital Park. Of the disadvantages, I can say one thing that some buildings are poorly guarded, because near our building where we lived, from time to time there was only security. Therefore I ask administration to consider this minus as anyone could come to our case.
And so we are very pleased and next year we will only go there again.
All inclusive at minimum wages in Ukraine is something new! The first visual impressions on the 3rd building were not very good. But the room itself was very nice. The bed was changed, the room was cleaned at our request. We ate in a separate restaurant specially designed for the residents of the hotel. There was a lot of food, we tried to cook something varied, the pool is excellent. The territory is 50% ready, part with beautiful lawns, and the second is just ordinary grass. It can be seen that the guys are constantly improving the institution, but there is still work to do. There are animators with good feedback and they are included in the price. And a superfish free banana with a water park for 100 UAH)) In a word, I did not expect this from Ukraine.
