For two days I tried to call the courier to deliver a resource-intensive package to the department, for two days the operators were so busy that they could not get through. Phone calls are dropped after five minutes of waiting. The courier call form online, on the website, does not adequately inform about sending the order, in the mobile version of the site it is not at all possible to fill in the telephone fields.
