Arrived 10.07020 at about 22:30 at a gas station, the woman refused to serve, saying that the shift was being transferred. This is normal?

I have been refueling here for more than 7 years. There used to be more friendly and active refuellers. I give out checks upon request, although I don’t need it, but compared to other gas stations on this network, it is striking.

Good service, and most importantly - good gasoline.
