I went to this gym for more than a year. At the reception every day there are very attractive and pleasant girls who serve customers well. Many may think that a subscription is expensive compared to other rooms, but if you go there for at least a month, you yourself will understand. In this room there are 3 professional trainers who know their job and have been working there for several years. I dealt with every trainer in the gym (there is also a fitness trainer) and worked with them for a long time. As I said, it’s better to pay a little extra here to work with an experienced trainer, because when I went to other rooms I didn’t see this before (everyone worked independently). Why is it better to work with a trainer? The simple answer is that a trainer can help both in the gym and with advice outside it, such as “proper nutrition” and more. Also, the money will not be invested in nothing, because you will train correctly, under the supervision of a coach. Before the quarantine, the school subscription cost 400 UAH, now it’s not up to date.
